朝露品牌故事
創辦人的父親是日據時代老師，他小時候最喜歡窩在父親身邊聽各種故事，其中最具啟蒙的是『竹內武士~為造福大眾而犧牲奉獻自己的故事』。故事中『竹內武士』的武士道精神，啟發了創辦人『追尋夢想，永不停止』的理念：除了秉持道義外，也應對社會有所貢獻。另也深受『竹內武士』以『朝露之時，太平盛世』造福社會的奉獻精神感動，於是以這充滿希望的『朝露』二字為名，創辦人『朝露魚舖』，將其精神落實在生活的每一天。
